Lyle L. Simpson, born Des Moines, Iowa, October 15, 1937; admitted to bar, 1963, Iowa, U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa, U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Military Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.

Education: Drake University (B.A., 1960; J.D., 1963). Delta Theta Phi.

Member: Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations. [Capt., Signal Corps. USNG, 1955-1968; CDR, Judge Advocate, U.S. Navy Reserve, 1968-1986].
