bar, 1969, Iowa; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

Education: Drake University (B.A., 1967; J.D., 1969). Order of the Coif; Beta Gamma Sigma. Associate Editor, Drake Law Review, 1968-1969. Law Clerk to Chief Judge Roy L. Stephenson U.S. District Court, Southern District of Iowa, 1969-1971.

Member: Polk County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations.
